To cancel a hot yoga class, you must un-reserve 12 hours before the class. Once your class is canceled, the class will be returned to your series to be used at a future date; the class is not refunded. If you don’t cancel your hot yoga class 12 hours before the class, a penalty of $10 will be debited from your account. If your account doesn’t have a card on file to deduct the penalty of $10 the result will that be you will be unable to register for classes at a future date until your account is current.
You can cancel your reservation in the following ways:
Log into your account and, next to the class you wish to cancel, press “cancel”;
Call the studio in Yonkers at 914-920-5070 to cancel the class for you or leave a message with the date and time of your cancellation.
