Hot 26 + 2

An exciting and comprehensive series of 26 Hatha yoga postures practiced In a heated envrionment. This type of yoga provides a total body workout for students of all levels and is designed to deliver total health by balancing and strengthening every system in the body. Each class burns 800-1200 calories. Classes offered in a traditional 90 minute fomat or a 60 minute express format.

Hot Vinyasa

A fluid 60minute yoga practice in a heated classroom where breath is used to align the body and mind through dynamically linked asanas (postures). Students will increase strength and flexibility through this practice. Focus is placed on breath, alignment and proper form. Open to all levels.

Karma Class

Reduced price, or free classes with proceeds going to charity. We do our good, our karma and pass it along to you ❤️

Power Vinyasa

A challenging dynamic sequence connecting breath with motion. This class will recharge and focus the student while building strength, balance, endurance, and flexibility.

Gentle Vinyasa

A gentle slower flow that incorporate poses from Yin, with Hatha as well as a slower simpler vinyasa sequence. This class will focus more on breath and alignment which will help the student to develop strength and flexibility as well as balance. This is a great class for a beginner or anyone interested in building a stronger practice.
